Returns & Replacements
We hope you'll love every abrahamandthakore.com purchase you make but if by any chance you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it, provided that you have contacted us by writing to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving it and it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, with any surprise gifts that we send our customers periodically and with all the labels attached within 15 days of reaching you.
Also any items on SALE are non-exchangeable.
How to exchange the items?
First of all, please check that the items you're intending to exchange meet our exchange policy.

Defective/incorrect product replacement
You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt of the product. You can email us at email@example.com
You send the defective/incorrect product back to us within 15 days of the time of the delivery to you.
To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup on your own. At present we do not provide reverse shipment for which we duly regret the inconvenience.
The product returned to us must
- Have the invoice.
- Have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels, any surprise gift(s) that we send our customers periodically and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- Be in an unused condition.
As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product cannot be replaced.
- Product is damaged due to use or misuse.
- Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
- Product has been tampered with or there are missing tags and labels.
In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a store credit.
You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase.
Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if.
- You identify it at the point of delivery, and inform the courier.
- You thereafter informed us within 24 hours of receipt of the product(s)
Return/cancellation of a product which you no longer want

1. If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will cancel the order & issue you the credit.
2. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (i.e do not accept the package).
- If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e return the product), then please follow the steps above.
3. You can return any product that you have received as long as.
- the product(s) is unused.
- the product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered with any surprise gift(s) which we periodically send to our customers.
4. You need to inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 5 working days (including weekends), and ensure that the product(s) reaches us within 15 days of delivery of the product. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup on your own. You would be liable for any shipping charges whatsoever.

At this time, abrahamandthakore.com does not provide reverse shipment for which we duly regret.
When you courier us the defective or cancelled product back to our warehouse, make sure you get a proof of postage and tracking number from the courier company. We advise you to use only well known companies like Bluedart, Aramex, DHL, DTDC and likes for the shipment. You should keep this proof until you've received your replacement. Please allow the specified time by the courier company for your goods to reach us.
Once we have received your return.
We'll send email notification to keep you updated on the status of your return, from receipt of the return package in our warehouse to the completion of your replacement order. All email notifications will be sent to the address given on your order at the time it was placed (regardless of any subsequent changes of email address on your account).
Once your return has been received by us, we'll process this as quickly as possible, but please allow up to seven days from receipt for this to be done.
Please allow up to seven days for your return to be processed after confirmation of receipt in our warehouse. All replacement items are sent using standard shipping.
If you've requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
