    There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 999 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 100 for normal delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

  • What is a 3D Secure password?

    3D Secure is also known as "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCardSecure Code". It is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D Secure password.

  • How can I get the 3D Secure password for my Credit/Debit card?

    You can register for the 3D Secure password for your Credit/Debit card by visiting your Bank's website or contacting your bank.

  • Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on

    Yes, shopping at is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks.
    Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet.   • How do I pay using a Debit card?

    We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

  • I don't have a Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking. What can I do?

    You can write to us at & the payment can be made at the nearest Abraham & Thakore store.

  • What are the delivery charges?

    We offer free delivery on orders in India. For overseas orders, an additional shipping charge will be levied. 

  • How do I pay using a Credit card?

    We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards.
    To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password.
    After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

  • How do I check the current status of my order (s)?

    You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the order history link to view the status of all orders.To view the status of a specific order, click on the "View order".

  • What do the different order statusmean?

    Pending: We have received your order and we are now processing your order. The status will also show pending until we have received your payment.

    Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location

    Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled

  • When and how can I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by emailing us with the order number. Please refer to our Order Policies for further information.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    The estimated time of delivery is may differ from one item to another. Here is an explanation of delivery estimates:
    For most of the items on our website, we ship them within 48-72 hours of orders being placed (Except weekends, National holidays, Public Holidays or any unavoidable circumstances).
    At Abraham & Thakore, we strive to provide you the best possible service at all the times. To provide you the fastest delivery of your purchase, we have partnered with some of the best courier companies that are available in India who would make sure that your orders are delivered at your doorstep safely and on or before time.

  • How will the delivery be done?

    We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
    For certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we may use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
    Deliveries made through Speed Post – Indian Postal Service might take longer than usual delivery time.

  • Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

    Estimated times vary with the area you live in, as well as whether it is in-stock or not. Here's what this means. If a product is in-stock with us, then depending on where you live, we can deliver to you within 4-15 business days. This will be clearly mentioned in your order confirmation email along with a subsequent email that will be sent to you stating the "Tracking Number" and the procedure to track your order.
    There are some products on our website that will be dispatched within 48-72 hours from the time of order. Delivery for such items will take additional 2-3 days for you to receive.
    If a product has the label: "Sold out- Notify Me" --- we will let you know as soon as we have it back in stock. The delivery time will then depend on when you place the order

  • How will my item be packaged?

    All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

  • What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

    If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier, and inform us within 24 hours by emailing to us at

  • How can I track the delivery of my order?

    All Abraham & Thakore items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

    For most products, there is no warranty - and it is like buying a product.

  • Does deliver internationally?

    As of now, Abraham & Thakore doesn't deliver items internationally. If in future we plan to offer our services outside India, we will inform you of the same. Please subscribe to our services to get important updates, offers and discounts on the website.
    Alternatively, you are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.

  • Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?

    With, what you see is what you get. We work hard on photographing images as is. Our content team gives you an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item. Our sourcing team makes sure to send out products that meet the aesthetic and stringent quality standards.
    Please note that the true colours of the actual product may differ slightly due to inevitable monitor settings or lighting.
